| Liam
Coyle developed a love for history in his early life, listening to his father telling
stories of the Irish people and visiting historical sites. In childhood he learned
the power of the oral tradition as he walked around pre-Christian and early Christian
sites and wondered about the lives of these people and how they affected our contemporary
world.
Liam was
born in Ireland, where he spent the first 34 years of his life. He is presently
teaching in Lebanon Junior High School. He received his M. A. from UVM in 2000 and
has a special interest in Celtic studies, American History and Asian Studies. He
likes the people and weather of New Hampshire and the green rolling hills. He loves
fly fishing and this is another good reason to live in NH.
