Pat Erwin, MLIS, MS
Pat's
primary interest these days is in how the Internet is changing
our society. She has had extensive experience in using the
web to promote organizational learning, and runs an independent
consulting business focusing on developing knowledge management
initiatives for small non-governmental organizations. Of
major interest to her is how we might design websites that
better meet users' needs.
In addition
to web design, Pat has taught a variety of classes for Granite State College
and neighboring colleges. She is the author of Granite State College's Guide
to Library Research Skills, and regularly writes and presents
in the area of knowledge management and organizational learning.
Pat
holds a BA in English and Comparative Literature from Indiana
University (IU), a Masters in Library and Information Science
from IU, and an MS in Internet Strategies Management from
Marlboro College. She has completed additional course work
in Quality Management, Project Management, and Instructional
Design.
