I grew up in France and Italy and have been fortunate
enough to travel in all continents. Well, except for Australia! Travel is fun and a great educational
experience. Long ago, I studied in Taiwan and Southeast Asia and fell in love with the jungles and beaches
of Indonesia. The experience changed me; one hopes for the better! The last six summers I’ve taught
business classes at Israel College in Tel Aviv.
Unusually (for an American), I’m multilingual
speaking French, Italian, Czech, Chinese, and Malay/Indonesian. Talk about being an oddball! However,
I’m not alone as my Czech cousin speaks as many languages and I’ve met many multilingual folks
in my travels as well as in the US. I’m a graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in Asian Studies
and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
My clients include Fidelity, NQUSA, Blue Fin Technologies, the Cambodian American League of Lowell,
Hewlett Packard, Metal Works, and Summa4.
I’m a former Secretary of the Chinese Cultural Society of Greater Nashua (1997-02) and webmaster
of the Dartmouth College class of ‘76 http://www.dartmouth.org/classes/76/class76.html
Who has time for fun? It’s immoral. I somehow manage to enjoy reading, movies, theater, running,
working out in the gym, and taking long walks along the Merrimack River with my wife Katya.
