My name is Vani Krishnan and I have taught for Granite State College since 1992. I currently teach Nutrition, Human Biology, and Human Genetics at Granite State College. I enjoy the life experiences that each Granite State College learner brings with him/her to share in each course.

I went to Medical School in India before I moved to the United States. In India I had first hand experience dealing with malnutrition and nutrition related diseases. Once in the United States I did my Masters in Communication Disorders in the University of New Hampshire.

Currently I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire. I work part time as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a High School with special needs students.

I live in Somersworth, NH with my husband, two sons and a cockatiel (bird) called Telly. I love to travel to different countries, cook, and learn about different cultures.
