| Nicole’s
experience in higher education spans over the past 15 years in a variety of roles
educating and counseling students about their academic and career decision-making.
This includes work in Advising, Career and Academic Support, Professional Development
and Recruiting as well as teaching online and in the classroom. Past roles include
Academic Counseling for the Dean’s Office of Liberal Arts at UNH and work
in Faculty Recruitment at Harvard Business School as well as acting as Associate
Director of Career Development at SNHU and most recently the Director of Placement
for the Whitehorse School of Business at UNH. Nicole holds Global Career Development
Facilitator (GCDF) certification from the National Career Development Association
and received her Master’s Degree in Education from the University of New Hampshire.
Past professional association involvement includes membership with NASPA, NACADA
and the NCDA as well as serving as Vice President and President of the NHCUC Career
Directors group. Currently, she teaches and works part time with GSC as the Academic
Resource and Information Coordinator in Rochester. She enjoys spending the rest
of her time on Swain’s Lake with her sons, Griffin and Graeme and assisting
her husband Manny with his off-road expedition business Serious4x4.com at their
home in Barrington, NH.
