| Elizabeth (Beth)
Reed M.Ed. has taught many courses in the Early Childhood field for Granite State
over the last seven years. Math and Science is the first on-line course she will
teach. Beth is looking forward to the challenge and rewards of creating a close
learning community in an on-line environment.
In addition to teaching for
Granite State, Beth works at the Center for School Success, where she facilitates
workshops for area teachers, parents and community members on learning differences.
Beth also works as a learning specialist as part of a dynamic assessment team helping
students discover their unique learning strengths and weaknesses and how to maximize
their potential.
Whether at the Center for School
Success or at Granite State working with adult learners, Beth finds guiding and
learning along beside her students the most rewarding part of her work. She notes
the life experiences and histories students bring with them inevitably make the
class richer and more interesting.
