About Our Faculty

Elizabeth (Beth) Roth is an attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. In 2004 she opened her solo practice as a legal consultant to small business owners. (www.rothbusinesslaw.com ) Her business experience includes her own entrepreneurial ventures as well as serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Attorney for a publicly held corporation that owns and operates psychiatric hospitals throughout the country. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Massachusetts School of Law where she teaches legal Research and Writing. Beth is a summa cum laude graduate of Granite State College and has been teaching behavioral science and sociology courses for Granite State College for over ten years. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling at the University of New Hampshire and her Juris Doctorate at Massachusetts School of Law. Along with her practice of law, her career highlights also include practice as a licensed psychotherapist and a nurse. She was a psychotherapist, owning her own private practice before seeking her law degree.

Beth retains current licenses to practice nursing and psychotherapy in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and she is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
