How to verify the browser and version that you are using.
Now that you know your browser version, check to make sure it is a supported browser. See the Browser tab on MyGranite Help.
To determine if you have your browser properly configured for Blackboard, go to MyGranite and select the Browser Test found on the Login Help tab.
This will reveal the diagnostic above which indicates whether you have the required components. For more information about supported browsers, see the Browser tab on MyGranite Help.
