Verifying the Browser Version

How to verify the browser and version that you are using.

Launch your browser

Go to the Help menu and select "About"

A window will appear that will provide exact browser version information

Now that you know your browser version, check to make sure it is a supported browser. See the Browser tab on MyGranite Help.

Check the Browser Settings: Browser Test in Blackboard

To determine if you have your browser properly configured for Blackboard, go to MyGranite and select the Browser Test found on the Login Help tab.

This will reveal the diagnostic above which indicates whether you have the required components. For more information about supported browsers, see the Browser tab on MyGranite Help.
